    Disabilities Feedback: If you are asking if a California claim would continue if you moved into Nevada, the answer is almost certainly not.

    If you are asking if Nevada has the same state disability nsurance as Caifornia, the answer is absolutely not.

    Disabilities Feedback: STATE disabiltiy? If you have a private disability policy, or SSDI, neither of those are state disability benefits. So I’m assuming that California has a special state disability program . . I’d contact them and ask.

    Disabilities Feedback: You will need to call EDD. Here are the phone numbers:

    Nevada does not have a state disability program. California is one of a very few that have a state plan.
